  • Responsible for developing and running a structured approach to Call Center Quality. Working directly with the Operations team in Center and the associated BPs on delivering and measuring quality services. Role will involve managing projects manager on key Customer Experience metrics; proactively manage staff and their deliverables ensuring that projects and quality operations are delivered completely, on time and at the highest standard.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Powerpoint (high proficiency)/Consultancy style
  • Excel (hi proficiency)/ Formulas/Graphs
  • Word (understands how to layout documents, excellence in visuals, accuracy)
  • Database design and management
  • Solid understanding of statistics
  • Excellent English communications skills both written and oral
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma (ideally green belt or black belt)
  • Quality improvement background
  • Knowledge and exposure to reengineering
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
