Customer Service Representative
(Call Centre)

(Selangor - Klang Valley)

  Responsibilities:
  • To manage enquiries and escalation cases on the phone.
  • Provide technical and product information to existing and potential customers.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding customer expectations, hence increasing rating on customer satisfaction index.
  Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM certificate.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in cyberjaya.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian, PR or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 100 Full-Time positions available.
